Forthcoming
Clovelly Rain
A place, a moment and the feeling of being allowed to stand still without needing to solve everything.
Unreleased
What it is about
Clovelly Rain is concerned with atmosphere as memory: a particular place and weather becoming inseparable from an emotional state. The story is less about a dramatic event than about what a quiet place can make you remember.
The story behind it
The rain becomes a kind of permission to stop. Instead of forcing an answer, the song stays with the feeling and allows the place itself to carry part of the story.
